Resource Packs
Hostwares uses universal resource packs. One pack = one deployment slot. Deploy anything (site, database, or service).

Upgrading
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
- Select your desired resource pack
- Complete payment via PayPal
- Pack activates immediately
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Credit System
AI assistant usage is credit-based. Each resource pack includes monthly credits, and you can purchase additional credit packs:

Credit costs per interaction
Pricing is task-based: the AI charges a minimum depending on whether it only looked something up or actually changed something, or the actual token cost with margin - whichever is higher.

Heavier tasks can exceed the minimum - you're always charged actual usage × margin when that's higher than the floor above. A single turn is charged once at the highest rate any action in it required, never per tool call. See AI Assistant → How Credits Work for the full breakdown.
How credits work
- Pack credits reset monthly on your billing date
- Purchased credit packs never expire
- Pack credits are used first, then purchased credits
- Credit balance visible in dashboard sidebar
- Warning shown when balance is low (<10 credits)
- When balance reaches 0, AI chat is disabled (dashboard still works) - billing and support messages stay free even at 0 balance
Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- PayPal - balance or card via PayPal checkout
- Stripe - card payments
- bKash - for customers billing in BDT
All hosting is invoice-based - every purchase (resource packs, credits, add-ons) generates an invoice you pay through whichever gateway you prefer. There is no stored credit balance for hosting; only AI credits work that way.
Invoices
View and download invoices from Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Invoices.

Refund Policy
- Resource pack subscriptions: 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchase
- Credit packs: Non-refundable once credits are used
- Unused credit packs: Refundable within 48 hours of purchase
- Hosting overage: Non-refundable
