What you are actually paying for
Lovable is two products sold as one:
- The builder — the AI that writes your app. Genuinely good, genuinely worth paying for while you are building.
- The hosting — serving the finished files to visitors.
Once the app is built, you keep paying for both, but you are only still using one of them.
And what is being hosted is not exotic. A Lovable app compiles down to a Vite + React build: static files plus calls to your Supabase project. That is the cheapest possible thing to serve — it is why our detector picks the Micro pack, 256 MB of RAM, for almost every Lovable app it reads.

Two things about that table are worth pointing out, because most pricing pages would leave them out:
The left column is what you told us. There is a dropdown where you pick what you pay today. We do not scrape it, estimate it or invent it. If you skip the question, the comparison simply does not appear — checkout is not blocked either way.
We say what is not included. The orange note under the table reads:
Bring-your-own services are not in the Hostwares invoice — you keep paying that provider separately. Total with Hostwares is the invoice above plus your existing bill for those services.
Your Supabase project is still yours and still billed by Supabase. For most Lovable apps that is the free tier, so the real total is the $2.40. But we are not going to pretend a bill disappeared just because it is not on our invoice.

What you give up
Being straight about it:
- You stop editing on Lovable's hosted preview. You keep editing in Lovable itself — it pushes to GitHub and you redeploy from GitHub — but the live site is ours, not theirs.
- Deploys are a button, not automatic on every keystroke. You push, then deploy.
- If you cancel Lovable entirely, you lose the builder. Many people keep the cheapest Lovable tier for building and host the finished apps with us. That is a perfectly sensible split.
What you gain
- $2.40 instead of $25.
- A server in Dhaka. 136 ms instead of 788 ms for Bangladeshi visitors.
- Your own domain, on any plan.
- Your database stays put. Nothing is migrated, so nothing can be lost.
- One invoice you can actually read, paid with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or PayPal.
