GitHub Copilot is useful for writing application code directly inside your development workflow. Once your application works, however, you still need to deploy it.
Your Repository Is Already the Starting Point
If your project is already on GitHub, you have completed one of the most important steps. Your production workflow can be:
Code ↓ GitHub ↓ Hostwares ↓ Live application ** Connect the Repository**
Create a new site on Hostwares and select your GitHub repository. Choose the branch you want to deploy.
Configure Your Application
Depending on your project, you may need to configure:
Build command Start command Port Node/Python version Environment variables For example, a Node.js project might use: Build: npm run build Start: npm start Port: 3000 Add Your Domain Once the deployment is working, connect your domain and use HTTPS for production traffic. Now your Copilot-generated project has a proper production workflow.
Copilot helps you write the code. Your hosting platform gets that code online.
